SHIPPING

Most items are decorated to order so we’ll need 7-10 days to prep and pack your order before it’s ready for dispatch.

This can always take longer, as all items are made in-house. Shipping in Belgium is €6.99.

Once the package has been brought to the collection point, it will take between 2-5 working days for the package to be delivered. RealRose is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If something goes wrong with shipping, please do not hesitate to send an email.

Free shipping in Belgium applies to orders over €75.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or speak to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, please email our support team to get your unique returns reference. Any items returned without a note letting us know your unique returns reference is likely to experience long delays, or may not be identified at all.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at info@realrose.be

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and if the items do not reach us, we sadly will not be able to replace or refund.
